WHO ARE THE HOME HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS and WHAT DO THEY DO?
Registered Nurses (RN’s) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s)
Following a comprehensive assessment, our nurses provide disease and medication education, and perform certain aspects of care such as wound care or medication administration.
Certified Home Health Aides
Provide personal care and grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists
Provide physical rehabilitation and activity retraining.
